  • E*Value - Adding New Residents
    • Ensuring that your E*Value system is configured for the new academic year is an important step of the annual resident management process. There are a number of tasks that need to be completed before the start of the academic year, and one of those foundational steps is to add new residents to your medical education system. Don't forget, there are a few ways to enter new residents that matched to your program(s) in E*Value if you haven't already done so:
      • ERAS Import - One way to add new residents to the system is to retrieve and import ERAS profiles of residents that matched to your program(s) from the ERAS website. As a reminder, SSNs are not included in the ERAS data transfer. To include SSNs, the Data Import Tool (option number 2) in E*Value is the preferred method of import.
  • If you need further assistance, please contact client services at In the subject line of your email, please include “ERAS User Import” along with your E*Value program ID.
